Ensuring no federal agency can detain and/or imprison individuals in any facility without due process. State oversight will be mandated for federal custody of individuals.

If individuals are apprehended without a judicial warrant with named individuals for apprehension, due process has not been observed and those actions are unconstitutional.

All persons get due process.
